When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that if your order contains a 'Pre-Order' item, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order release date specified on the product page.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and VAT taxes upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which size to order?
A detailed size chart is available on each product page. Our apparel is generally printed on premium, standard-fit blanks. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number for assistance.
